What we collect
When you make a booking or contact us we collect your name, contact details (phone, e-mail), rental dates, and — at pickup — the driving licence and ID details Greek law requires us to record on the rental agreement. Booking requests sent through this website also include any message you write to us.
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your rental, to fulfil the rental agreement, to comply with legal record-keeping obligations, and to contact you about your booking. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Rental agreements and related records are kept for as long as Greek law requires; other enquiries are deleted once resolved.
Third parties
This website embeds a Google Maps map of our location; Google may set its own cookies when you interact with the map — see our cookie notice. We share data only where required by law or with the insurance provider in case of an accident.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to its processing, by writing to info@motomilos.com.
