Rental terms & conditions.

1. Who you are renting from

Rentals are provided by Nicki Motors, Adamantas, Milos 84801, Greece. Contact: +30 22870 28182, info@motomilos.com.

2. Requirements

• Minimum driver age 19, with a valid licence for the vehicle class
• All drivers must have prior riding experience — skills are checked on the spot before rental
• The vehicle may not be driven by anyone other than the named driver
• A valid passport or ID card must be shown at pickup.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are per day and per vehicle, in euro. Unlimited kilometres, two helmets, a free island map, third-party insurance and 24/7 service are included. The optional Full Damage Waiver costs €3 per day. Nothing is charged online — payment is made at pickup.

4. Reservations

A reservation request is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm availability personally by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. Delivery to hotels more than 20 km from our office is free of charge, subject to confirmation by e-mail.

5. Use of the vehicle

The vehicle may only be ridden by the named driver. It may not be used for racing, towing, off-road competition, or transporting more people than the vehicle is licensed for. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Helmets must be worn at all times, as required by Greek law.

6. Returns and late fees

The vehicle is returned at the agreed time with the same fuel level. Returns after the agreed hour are charged at €3 per hour. No refund is given for early returns.

7. Damage, theft and insurance

Third-party insurance is included. Damage to the rented vehicle is not covered unless the optional Full Damage Waiver (€3/day) has been taken; even then, damage caused by gross negligence, driving under the influence, or use by a non-named rider is not covered. The renter is liable for theft of the vehicle when keys are left in the ignition or the vehicle is left unattended and unlocked.

8. Breakdown and accidents

In case of breakdown or accident, call us immediately — the 24/7 line is +30 694 956 8880. In an accident, do not move the vehicles before the police arrive and a report is filed.
